Leadership

Leadership starts with service.

Leadership is not about having the loudest voice in the room. It is about listening, helping people succeed, building connections, and moving forward together.

Through Lions, I have had opportunities to work with clubs, district leaders, and community members who care deeply about serving others. Those experiences continue to shape the way I think about leadership.

My approach

Leadership should help people move forward.

Strong organizations grow when people feel heard, supported, and connected to a purpose.

Listen First

Before offering solutions, understand what a club, community, or individual is actually facing.

Work Together

The best ideas are often built through conversation, shared experience, and people working side by side.

Build for the Future

Leadership should strengthen people and organizations so they can continue serving long after one person steps away.

Lions Leadership

Supporting clubs and strengthening connections.

My focus is on helping Lions clubs understand their challenges, recognize their strengths, and find practical ways to grow through service, membership, and stronger relationships.

That also means staying connected with clubs, listening to what they need, and making sure district leadership feels like a resource rather than something distant from the people doing the work.
